[Ep 54] Creativity And Sexuality Are Intertwined

In this episode, I’ll discuss how sex can be used as a source of procrastination and how creativity and sexuality are so interconnected that we can use one to affect the other. The deep connection that exists between creativity and sexuality cannot be denied. Both are creative forms of energies in their essence.

In our mainstream culture, sex is a form of easy and instant gratification and distraction. Because of the immediate joy and pleasure we get from it, we primarily maximize sex as a tool to distract us from the work that we were supposed to be doing.

The intention behind our sexual acts should always be considered. If we are consciously using sex as a distraction then that’s fine, but I think it becomes an issue when sex is used unconsciously for years, and decades as a way to get away from the present moment.

Sex at that point becomes not a means of connecting to a person you like or love or lust after. It isn’t just a refuge we choose to seek when are afraid of what the present moment could mean for us. It isn’t a shelter we run into when we are scared of the present moment. It is so much more than that, so much more. (more…)

[Ep 53] Create a Jealousy Map to Guide Your Decisions

In this episode, I’ll be chatting about using jealousy as a guidepost to our heart’s desires, rather than an emotion to be avoided. I call these Jealousy Maps.

Normally, jealousy is used in a negative light. We believe that if we feel jealousy then we are horrible human beings, who are imperfect, and that, we should never ever feel jealousy if we are to be good. Jealousy is avoided, eschewed, and demeaned as an emotion.

The key in turning it around is by using all these insights we gleaned from our feelings of jealousy and wield it as a weapon to enhance and transform our lives for the better. Jealousy has an important lesson in it that we miss if we avoid listening to its message by running away from it. (more…)

[Ep 52] Find Your Tribe to 10x Your Life

In this episode, I’ll be chatting about the importance of finding your tribe or community to really get the support you need to grow your life and business.

Loneliness frequently stems from isolation. When I first quit my job and began my online business, I felt incredibly alone. Though I am learning a lot from various online forums, I felt lost and started questioning the path I am currently taking. Being a social creature, I began hating my path and everything I do.

My first attempt to break through this was finding my first tribe – people who think like me, individuals who are working on their online business and who believed that there is more to life than 9-5 jobs, those who make it a point to travel as the norm and not as a mere fad. They made me realize that the kind of life I want isn’t just a castle in the air. (more…)

In this episode, I’ll be chatting about the value of saying yes to everything that the universe sends your way. This way, you are telling the universe thank you for everything, and I trust your path for me.

If there is one common experience that all of us share and has been through, it is this: saying no to almost every single thing that the universe hurls at us. Most often than not we utter more “no” than “yes” when an opportunity presents themselves upon us.

No is the usual response when confronted with new experiences. I often find myself in that situation, and it made me feel like living in a tiny and limited world that limits human potential. (more…)

As many other entrepreneurs, or just human beings in general, I am often impatient.

I want things to happen right away. I want to know if what I’m doing is going to have a positive or negative outcome, before I waste my time and efforts on it.

Being impatient is completely natural, and I’m sure a lot of you feel that way.

But the downside, is that instead of enjoying the journey, you end up anxious, jealous, fearful, focusing only on the end result of whatever you are doing, building, or creating. (more…)

I used to be watching and waiting for other people to open themselves first, before I would allow them to see my weaknesses, my vulnerability.

But I realized that I was wasting strong, beautiful, meaningful connections, simply by refusing to put myself out there.

I want to share with you guys how, and why, I now throw myself in the deep and open myself to people, whether to a single individual or a group.

Living amongst a wide digital nomad community, I meet a lot of people who have read the books, listened to podcasts, and joined conferences or talks. These people have been inspired, impressed, energized.

But was this enough to have an impact on their life?

I love to learn and know that this is an addictive process. To be successful, I have to convert my knowledge into the lasting change or income I am hoping for.

I have to constantly go beyond the endorphin rush coming from what I have read, watched, or heard, and take action over and over again, to reach what I am going for. (more…)

[Ep 47] Do Not Give Away Your Services For Free

In this episode, I’ll be chatting about why you should charge for your services.

Over the years, I have given away a lot of my time and learning to others, thinking I was doing the right thing.

I wanted to help people, and so thought the right thing to do was to do it for free. But, as I came to learn, giving away my time and work for free wasn’t the answer. Acting this way was actually devaluing me.

In fact, since I stopped worrying about charging for my services, I’m attracting more and more of my ideal clients. Which is so great!

The result is a win-win economy, where I get value from the value I give and share!

That is the kind of economy that I want to be a part of for decades to come.

[Ep 46] Trust The Process, And Let Go To Achieve True Success

In this episode, I’ll be chatting about why we should let go and trust the process.

As an entrepreneur and a traveller, I have often devised a plan, only to end up going astray.

The main lesson I have learned, is that no matter what we do, we have to keep our faith in what we cannot see and trust that we will be ok no matter what happens!

Life is a journey, so we better take the ride and enjoy it, without worrying constantly about the outcome.

No matter what your projects or goals are, just commit to the work and trust the process!

If we allow life to reveal itself through us, and consent to everything that happens to us, we will worry less and be happier. (more…)
